The term Realtor° is a registered collective membership MARK THAT IDENTIFIES A REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL WHO IS A MEMBER OF THE national association oF rEALTORS° AND SUBSCRIBES TO ITS STRICT CODE OF ethics. tHE cODE ESTABLISHES TIME-HONORED AND BASELINE PRINCIPLES THAT COME FROM THE COLLECTIVE EXPERIENCE OF rEALTORS°
SINCE THE cODE oF ethics WAS FIRST ESTABLISHED IN 1913. those PRINCIPLES CAN BE LOOSELY DEFINED AS:

GRI Graduate Realtor Institute

Members involved in residential real estate who want a solid base of information for their practice will want to participate in the REALTOR° Institute program and earn the GRI Completion 90 hours of class time is required to earn this designation. Graduated with my GRI, November 17th, 2003.
Certified Buyer Representative
A Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) is hired by the Buyer Client as an agent to professionally advise and represent the buyer, and the buyer alone, in their home buying process. A CBR will work in the best interest of the buyer to gain the best price and terms for their Buyer Client, Received my certification as a cbr, march 16th, 2005.
Seniors Real Estate Specialist

Seniors Real Estate Specialists help seniors makes wise decisions about selling their family
home, buying rental property, managing the capital gains and estate tax implications of owning real estate, obtaining a reverse mortgage, moving to a senior community, and other issues. by earning the SRES designation, the agent has demonstrated that he or she has the requisite knowledge, experience and expertise to be a seniors real estate specialist.
Received my certification as a Sres, April 14th, 2005.
Sweathogs To Stars Selling System
Top Producers are constantly educating themselves, learning new techniques, technology, websites, dialogues, closes, etc. in order to stay one step ahead of the competition, and on the cutting edge of this ever-changing business. Sweathogs to Stars is one of the most intensive Real Estate Programs there is. Received My First Certification June 17th, 1997, and My Second Certification on February 8th, 2008.
The Brooklyn MLS currently has 300 broker offices, 3700 agents, and over 3600 active listings. The purpose of the Brooklyn MLS is to combine and share these listings with other broker offices and agents.
Joined the Brooklyn Multiple listing service in 1997 and currently a member in good standing.
