Marine Park Community Association, EST. 1926
I joined the Marine Park Civic/Community Association in 2003 as a Board Member. I had previously engaged the association at their seasonal events, and monthly membership meetings. The association is a place that provides community events and is a haven for Marine Park community specific news, and affairs.

I was fortunate enough that my parents enrolled me in Xaverian H.S. where I learned the value and importance of community. I learned the significance of perseverance and team-work which has enhanced my professional career as a Realtor.

I proudly joined friends of the Lott house in 2010 because of my love for history, real-estate, and architecture. I have always felt strongly about the preservation and education of community history.

Habitat for Humanity
Being a real-estate professional and understanding the importance of home ownership and housing, I have always been a supporter of Habitat For Humanity. In 2003, I was able to acquire a piece of land in Crystal River Florida and donated it to the local chapter of which they were able to build a three bedroom home on. The house has been occupied by the same family since.

Hobbies
Train Collectors Association
Every since I was a child I've always had a fascination with trains. I was introduced to model trains by my father when I was five years old. As I got older I was able to truly enjoy the hobby of G Scale model trains. I'm an active enthusiast of Garden Railways and LGB model trains, thus, I became apart of a larger audience of model train enthusiasts. I joined the TCA in 2012.

As the Hemlock Farms motto goes "Close Enough Far Enough The Perfect Place To Be," is exactly how I feel about Pike County Pennsylvania. I am fortunate enough to own a summer home in the Hemlock Farms community, and enjoy all the amenities it has to offer. The great people of Hemlock and the outdoors make it a wonderful home away from home.
